Exclusive, Private, and Corporate Events require a non-refundable 20% booking deposit. the remaining balance is anticipated on the day of the event. The Deposit must be paid no later than 3 Business Days after receiving the quote from an Empowered Sound Booking Representative. To ensure clarity and receipt of events updates, A minimum of 2 event check-in meetings are required.
